Welcome to Volume 11 of On The Pulse.

Preparation Is a Competitive Advantage

Every year, some agencies enter Open Enrollment feeling rushed while others seem calm and confident. The difference is rarely talent. More often, it is preparation.

At Heathos, we have spent the summer enhancing Pulse 2.0, refining operational support, and building tools that help agencies spend less time managing processes and more time serving clients. The work you do now, from training your team to reviewing workflows and reconnecting with clients, lays the foundation for a successful enrollment season.

The goal is not simply to get through Open Enrollment. It is to begin it with confidence.

Warm regards,

Todd Baxter

Friendly Reminder

We've recently seen an increase in enrollment issues due to missing or inaccurate Social Security Numbers (SSNs) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) for primary applicants and dependents.

Before submitting an enrollment, please take a moment to verify that the SSN or ITIN for each applicant and dependent is complete and accurate. This simple step helps prevent delays in eligibility, benefit fulfillment, and claims processing, ensuring members receive timely access to their benefits.
