Welcome to Volume 5 of On The Pulse. With Open Enrollment behind us, February gives us a moment to take a breath, reflect, and refocus. The work you did over the last few months mattered. You helped individuals and families secure coverage during a critical window, and that impact extends far beyond enrollment deadlines.

As we move into 2026, our focus shifts to retention, operational excellence, and long-term growth. At Heathos, we are continuing to invest in the infrastructure, technology, and partnerships that help agents succeed well beyond Open Enrollment.

Personally, I'm honored to share that I was recently named a 2026 Georgia TITAN 100 executive. This recognition reflects the work of our entire organization and the partners and agents who trust Heathos every day. Thank you for being part of that journey.

This month, we share updates on our company and highlight our presence at ICMG where we connected with peers and partners across the industry.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.

Warm regards,

Todd Baxter

  • Supporting members with initial plan questions
  • Addressing payment or documentation issues early
  • Reinforcing plan understanding to support retention
  • Confirming that all required agent and agency licenses remain active and current in the states in which business is conducted.
  • Log in to your e123 user profile and confirm that your email address and phone number are up to date. Maintaining accurate contact information is required for administrative communications related to platform access, billing, and support.
