The final stretch of OE is never easy, and your focus, professionalism, and commitment to your clients continue to set the standard.

January is both a finish line and a starting point. Now that Open Enrollment has come to a close, our focus shifts toward retention, operational strength, and preparing for what's next. For Heathos, that means continuing to invest in our people, our platforms, and the tools that support agents year-round.

Open Enrollment: What Comes Next

Open Enrollment for 2026 plans ran through January 15. Now that OE is wrapped up, now is the time to:

  • Confirm final submissions
  • Resolve outstanding issues
  • Communicate next steps with members
  • Log in to your e123 user profile and confirm that your email address and phone number are up to date
  • Ensure all required agent/agency licenses are active and current.
