Welcome to Volume 8 of On The Pulse. Las Vegas gave us a clear signal. The industry is not slowing down. It is getting sharper.

At Medicarians, the conversations centered around compliance, retention, and how to better serve an aging population. At LeadsCon, the focus shifted to growth, acquisition, and how to scale efficiently. Different audiences, same challenge. How do you build a business that is both disciplined and adaptable?

That is exactly where we are focused at Heathos. The debut of the Heathos Brand Village was not just a new booth. It was a way to show how the Heathos family of brands connects across the insurance lifecycle, including enrollment support, administration, claims, and distribution-related solutions. Not as separate functions, but as one system designed to support agents at every stage.
